Compensation
Basic Salary up to ÂŁ38,000 and up to ÂŁ18,000 bonus on top.
Must have motor trade experience.

Role and Responsibilities
- Promote and nurture a customer‑care culture, delivering care levels consistent with the manufacturer and Johnsons Cars Ltd expectations.
- Utilise monthly management accounts to monitor and control profitability of the Sales Department and take appropriate action to maximise future opportunities.
- Develop sales and marketing plans and budgets to achieve agreed financial, marketing and sales benchmarks.
- Organise, direct and control the activities of sales staff to work to pre‑arranged plans and budgets.
- Ensure optimum use of all material and resources available.
- Provide coaching and training to sales people to improve their performance, focusing on customer satisfaction, prospecting, customer follow‑up, sales process, time management and product knowledge.
The Ideal Candidate
- Sales staff management experience in an automotive setting.
- Previous experience working in sales for an automotive retailer.
- Experience working with similar profile brands.
