We’re looking for someone who thrives on building relationships,

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales
within defined sectors - Identify and develop new
business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking and
relationship building - Support and motivate
sales development to drive revenue growth - Follow up on leads
generated by marketing and lead generation teams - Develop and manage
effective contact networks and strategic partnerships - Work closely with
internal teams, including Estimating and Account Management, to ensure
timely responses and client satisfaction - Accurately forecast and
report on sales performance - Maintain CRM records,
update dashboards and contribute to performance reports - Maintain a positive,
professional approach when dealing with clients and colleagues - Offer product and
service expertise, confidently addressing customer queries
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Strong B2B sales
background, ideally with experience across multiple product or service
lines - Proven experience in
account management and growing client relationships - Excellent communication
skills – written, verbal, and face-to-face - High level of
professionalism with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels - Comfortable using CRM
systems and MS Office applications - Organised,
detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities - A collaborative,
team-first mindset with a proactive attitude - Comfortable
communicating to all levels and be flexible enough for client entertainment
outside of working hours - This is a role that requires nationwide travel, therefore a driving licence is required
Essential Experience
