We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead our Crawley operation.
This is a significant leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, developing high‑performing teams and delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring strong financial performance.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will have full responsibility for the site’s operational, financial and people performance.
About the Role
As General Manager you will lead a multi‑disciplinary management team across Production, Engineering, Transport, Customer Service and Administration.
