You’ll help tackle the world’s biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern society and enhancing lives - as we continue to apply, refine and recycle metals that matter, for a healthier and more resilient future.
The role:
- Coordinate with JMIT to maintain and enhance the product safety system (Sphera), ensuring a stable and compliant solution that supports Regulatory Affairs services across JM and Catalyst Technologies (under Transition Services Agreement).
- Support the ongoing development of the product safety system to meet evolving global regulatory requirements (e.g. GHS, REACH and equivalents).
- Lead the onboarding of new JM businesses onto the product safety system ensuring effective implementation for safety data sheets and labels.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of global SDS and labelling legislation to ensure system outputs remain compliant.
- Represent JM in Sphera User Group forums, advocating for enhancements and ensuring alignment between JM requirements and the vendor’s development roadmap.
- Evaluate and communicate the impact and timing of system updates and proposed changes.
- Provide training and ongoing support to CoE and Business users to enable timely and compliant generation of safety data sheets and labels.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex information clearly.
- Strong IT and data management skills (e.g. database handling, system configuration, or data analysis).
- Scientific degree or equivalent (e.g. chemistry, biochemical sciences, environmental sciences etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and explain regulatory requirements clearly.
- Able to prioritise workload and meet service delivery expectations.
