As a Senior FP&A Analyst, Operations, you’ll join a world leader in platinum group metals with over 200 years of history and innovation.

The role

  • As a Senior FP&A Analyst, Operations, you will help drive our goals by:
  • Providing prompt, clear and comprehensive financial performance reporting and insights for non-production plants across Europe.
  • Owning monthly forecasting activities, including product revenue and operating cost forecasts, to support effective business planning and decision‑making.
  • Preparing financial analysis, including variance, trend and profitability analysis, to identify key performance drivers, risks and opportunities.
  • Partnering with regional finance, commercial and supply chain teams to review performance, challenge assumptions and drive informed actions.
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring an accurate financial outlook that enables short and medium‑term planning.
  • Reviewing inventory, product pricing and operational cost drivers to provide actionable insights and ensure they are accurately reflected in forecasts.
  • Building strong relationships with regional stakeholders and delivering ad hoc financial analysis to support both tactical.

  • Significant experience in financial planning and analysis, with strong forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting capabilities.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge both finance and non‑finance colleagues.
  • Experience building collaborative relationships across functions and geographies, particularly within operational, commercial and finance environments.
  • A proactive and results‑oriented approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high‑quality work under pressure.
  • A university degree and an internationally recognised accounting qualification, or active progress towards obtaining one.
