The role: As a Project Management Analyst, you will help drive our goals by:

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of corporate real estate projects and transformation initiatives
  • Managing project timelines, risks, budgets and governance documentation to ensure delivery to plan
  • Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to maintain alignment and clear communication across projects
  • Producing high-quality reporting, insights and materials to support stage-gate reviews and decision making
  • Analysing workplace and occupancy data to provide insight into performance, trends and optimisation opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate project and property data, improving data processes and ensuring reporting integrity

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

  • Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, APMQ, PMP) or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience supporting or delivering projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and outputs
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Experience working with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or PowerApps
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across multiple organisational levels
