Using advanced metals chemistry, you'll help tackle the world's biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern life and supporting life‑saving technologies - by applying, refining and recycling metals that matter for a healthier, more sustainable, circular future.
The role: As a Project Management Analyst, you will help drive our goals by:
- Supporting the planning and delivery of corporate real estate projects and transformation initiatives
- Managing project timelines, risks, budgets and governance documentation to ensure delivery to plan
- Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to maintain alignment and clear communication across projects
- Producing high-quality reporting, insights and materials to support stage-gate reviews and decision making
- Analysing workplace and occupancy data to provide insight into performance, trends and optimisation opportunities
- Maintaining accurate project and property data, improving data processes and ensuring reporting integrity
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
- Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, APMQ, PMP) or equivalent experience
- Proven experience supporting or delivering projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and outputs
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Experience working with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or PowerApps
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across multiple organisational levels
