As an Operational Procurement Business Partner, you’ll join a world leader in platinum group metals with over 200 years of history and innovation.
You’ll help tackle the world’s biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern society and enhancing lives - as we continue to apply, refine and recycle metals that matter, for a healthier and more resilient future.
The role
- Acting as the primary contact for local stakeholders, supporting end-to-end procurement and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Understanding local site requirements and advising on suitable solutions and procurement processes.
- Acting as a liaison between site teams, suppliers and category managers for supplier performance.
- Supporting the local implementation of supplier agreements, aligned with savings strategies.
- Driving effective and compliant use of Coupa, SAP and other procurement tools.
- Collaborating across regions and categories to identify process gaps and support improvements.
- Key skills that will help you succeed in this role
- Experience in sourcing, procurement operations and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, negotiation and contract management.
- Ability to work effectively across diverse teams, cultures and time zones.
- Experience working in complex organisational environments.
- Proficiency in ERP (ideally, SAP) and procurement systems (for example, Coupa).
- Fluent English skills and strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
