At Johnson Matthey, your work will matter. As a Change Communications Advisory Partner, you’ll join a world leader in platinum group metals with over 200 years of history. Using advanced metals chemistry, you’ll help tackle the world’s biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern life and supporting life‐saving technologies - by applying, refining and recycling metals that matter for a healthier, more sustainable, circular future.
The role:
- Developing and delivering structured communication plans for priority transformation projects, including objectives, audiences, key messages and timelines
- Creating clear and engaging communication materials such as articles, talking points, presentations and leadership briefings to support understanding and adoption
- Partnering with project sponsors, change leads and delivery teams to align communication activities with transformation outcomes
- Measuring the impact of communication activities through feedback, surveys and engagement data, and adjusting plans accordingly
- Supporting the development and continuous improvement of JM’s change communication framework, tools and best practices
- Ensuring alignment between project-level communication and wider enterprise messaging across transformation initiatives
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
- Experience in internal communications, organisational change or transformation programmes
- Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear messaging
- Proven ability to deliver communication plans in complex, matrix organisations
- Confidence in building relationships and influencing stakeholders across different levels and functions
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Digital literacy, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with communication platforms such as SharePoint or Yammer
