- Proven experience managing construction activities on engineering or industrial projects.
- Strong understanding of construction safety, permit-to-work systems, and contractor supervision.
- Experience in brownfield construction environments, including shutdowns and live-plant work.
- Ability to coordinate multi-discipline teams and manage multiple contractors simultaneously.
- Knowledge of construction QA/QC, installation standards, and documentation control.
- Desirable
- Experience in chemical, metals, or high-hazard/COMAH environments.
- Knowledge of CDM, DSEAR, ATEX, PUWER, and relevant British Standards.
- Experience working within a structured stage-gate project delivery framework.
