The role:

  • Develop and deliver Johnson Matthey's global Facilities Management strategy, aligning services with business priorities across an international portfolio.
  • Provide leadership across building infrastructure, workplace services and operational performance, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient facilities.
  • Lead governance of strategic FM suppliers and partners, driving service excellence, innovation and commercial value.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across functions to support transformation programmes and workplace improvement initiatives.
  • Support financial oversight of a global FM spend exceeding, ensuring strong forecasting, investment planning and cost control.
  • Leverage data, technology and performance insights to enhance asset reliability, customer experience and sustainability outcomes.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

  • Extensive experience in senior global or EMEA Facilities Management leadership roles within complex, multi-site organisations.
  • Strong knowledge of building infrastructure, asset management, compliance and workplace operations.
  • Proven success leading outsourced service models, supplier governance and large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Commercial acumen with experience managing significant budgets, business cases and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to influence and build credibility with executive stakeholders across global business functions.
  • Professional qualifications such as IWFM, IFMA, RICS, IOSH, NEBOSH or equivalent are desirable.
