As a Engineering Project Manager, you'll contribute to JM's mission as a world leader in sustainable technology, transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner, brighter future.
The role:
- Lead Projects: Manage teams and resources to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in line with Johnson Matthey's project processes.
- Stakeholder & Contractor Coordination: Align with stakeholders on responsibilities and timelines; engage and manage internal and external contractors.
- Monitor & Deliver: Track progress, control risks, and ensure smooth handover of assets to Operations with all required documentation and training.
- Develop & Improve: Drive continuous improvement, support team and personal development, and enhance project execution capabilities.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
- Degree in Engineering Subject
