Job Title: Electrical Graduate Engineer Location: Royston We currently looking for an Electrical Engineer at Johnson Matthey in our Graduate Engineering Programme (GEP) as part of the Group Engineering function. The GEP supports the key capabilities of our business and the rapid professional progression of future engineers. Graduates on the GEP will undergo various technical and leadership development while completing high priority business projects. The role: As an Electrical Graduate Engineer, you will help drive our goals by: Develop and implement engineered solutions for production improving safety, sustainability performance, and reliability Commission new plant equipment and develop/deliver training for operators Mechanical and maintenance optimisation Electrical AC Power Systems, Motors and Drives, Control Instrumentation and Grounding systems. Implement standardized JM processes to drive continuous improvement toward goals Energy, water, waste and emission monitoring to drive sustainability opportunities Key skills that will help you succeed in this role: Bachelor\’s degree in electrical engineering field (Minimum 2.1) Must be geographically flexible and have a desire to relocate to any JM site for three placements for the duration of the development programme and first role following the end of the programme.
