The role: As a Deputy Team Leader, you will help drive our goals by: Through leading by example, take responsibility for demonstrating that EHS is #1 priority, through ensuring poor EHS culture and behaviour is challenged and dealt with appropriately. Support the team leader to manage people and equipment to ensure on time delivery of production targets. Operation of plant and equipment in line with business standards to meet applicable planned requirements. Ensure processes and procedures are executed accurately and relevant document completed thoroughly in a timely manner. Create and maintain accurate batch process records and shift logs as work progresses. Key skills that will help you succeed in this role: Grade C or equivalent in Mathematics, English and a Science (or equivalent) – Essential Knowledge of a variety of different PC Packages including Excel, Word, Access Microsoft, SharePoint – Desirable Good understanding of Chemistry preferable to A-level – Desirable Exposure to lean approach to manufacturing – Desirable Even if you only match some of the skills, we\’d love to hear from you to discuss further!
