The role
- Leading complex, multi-year technology programmes across corporate platforms including Finance, HR, Legal, EHS and Risk.
- Defining programme scope, outcomes, roadmaps, governance and success measures aligned to JM strategy.
- Managing delivery across multiple workstreams using a mix of agile and waterfall approaches.
- Owning programme governance, risk management, dependencies and reporting to senior forums.
- Overseeing budgets, forecasts and external partners to ensure value-driven delivery.
- Leading and developing multidisciplinary delivery teams and driving change adoption.
Key skills that will help you succeed
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-workstream IT programmes in global organisations.
- Strong programme governance, planning, RAID and benefits management capability.
- Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple corporate functions.
- Commercial acumen with experience managing vendors and delivery partners.
- Knowledge of risk, compliance, cyber security and service readiness frameworks.
- Clear, confident communication and people leadership skills.
