The role: As a Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Manager, you will help drive our goals by:
- Leading complex, high-value sourcing initiatives and negotiations across IT, HR and Professional Services, securing strong commercial outcomes
- Defining and executing global category strategies to drive value, manage risk and shape market engagement
- Acting as a senior commercial advisor to stakeholders, influencing sourcing decisions and demand management
- Managing a portfolio of strategic suppliers, driving performance, innovation and continuous improvement
- Delivering total cost of ownership optimisation through commercial modelling and structured contract approaches
- Identifying and unlocking value opportunities using market analysis
