- Carry out leaving and retirement calculations for DB, DC and Cash Balance members.
- Prepare accurate leaver and retirement statements for member issuance.
- Respond to member queries via phone and email with clarity and care.
- Manage workload proactively to meet agreed turnaround times.
- Ensure calculations are completed efficiently and with high accuracy.
- Support other pension administration activities such as transfers in/out.
