As a Project Management Analyst at Johnson Matthey, you’ll join a world‑leader in platinum group metals with over 200 years of history. Using advanced metals chemistry, you’ll help tackle the world’s biggest challenges—cutting emissions, powering modern life and supporting life‑saving technologies—by applying, refining and recycling metals that matter for a healthier, more sustainable, circular future.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of corporate real‑estate projects and transformation initiatives.
- Manage project timelines, risks, budgets and governance documentation to ensure delivery to plan.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders to maintain alignment and clear communication across projects.
- Produce high‑quality reporting, insights and materials to support stage‑gate reviews and decision‑making.
- Analyse workplace and occupancy data to provide insight into performance, trends and optimisation opportunities.
- Maintain accurate project and property data, improve data processes and ensure reporting integrity.
Qualifications & Key Skills
- Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, APMQ, PMP) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience supporting or delivering projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and outputs.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as PowerBI or PowerApps.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across multiple organisational levels.
