As a Procurement Data and Insights Specialist, you'll join a world leader in platinum group metals with over 200 years of history. Using advanced metals chemistry, you'll help tackle the world's biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern life and supporting life-saving technologies - by applying, refining and recycling metals that matter for a healthier, more sustainable, circular future.

As a Procurement Data and Insights Specialist, you will help drive our goals by:

  • Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards that provide actionable insights into global procurement spend, performance trends, opportunities and risks.
  • Supporting the collection, validation and analysis of spend data across sectors, regions and business units to improve visibility and decision making.
  • Partnering with category managers to deliver reporting and analytics that support category strategies across direct and indirect spend areas.
  • Identifying cost optimisation and savings opportunities through detailed spend analysis and market data interpretation.
  • Reviewing complex bills of materials and indirect cost structures to challenge assumptions and highlight improvement opportunities.
  • Communicating reporting outputs, insights and recommendations to stakeholders across procurement, finance and senior leadership teams.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

  • Ability to translate data into clear business insights and recommendations for a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting findings to senior audiences.
  • Experience creating and enhancing Power BI dashboards, reports and data visualisations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex procurement, cost and spend datasets.
  • Experience working within procurement, supply chain, sourcing, commercial or finance environments (nice to have).
  • Advanced Excel and data management skills, with a focus on reporting accuracy and data quality.
