Responsibilities
- Partnering with business leaders and People teams to shape organisation and workforce transformation initiatives.
- Supporting workforce planning and talent strategies that align with long-term business priorities.
- Assessing organisational capability needs and developing plans to address skill and capacity gaps.
- Identifying people-related risks, dependencies and impacts across transformation programmes.
- Enabling workforce transition activities, including role clarity, reskilling and redeployment planning.
- Driving continuous improvement in organisation development delivery and transformation governance.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role
- Degree in Organisation Development, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience delivering organisation development initiatives within large transformation programmes.
- Knowledge of strategic workforce planning, organisational design and capability assessment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills across complex environments.
- Ability to identify, assess and manage people risks and organisational interdependencies.
- Confidence working in global, matrixed organisations with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong judgement, emotional intelligence and the ability to simplify complex challenges.
