Responsibilities
- Work alone and with leadership support to identify and project‑manage continuous improvement projects throughout the business.
- Prioritise safety and well‑being of staff and regulatory permits and licences in all activities.
- Support and develop production systems, both digital and physical.
- Implement data analysis and visualisation tools, including Tableau and PowerBI.
- Deliver coaching on data‑management strategies and foundational lean tools to all levels of the organisation to create a culture of continuous improvement and meet our Operational Excellence requirements.
- Analyse production data to identify opportunities within the organisation.
Qualifications
- Continuous‑improvement activity experience within a workplace environment.
- A degree in Manufacturing Systems, Engineering, Science or similar, or relevant experience.
- Experience applying a proven root‑cause analysis problem‑solving process.
- Experience or education in IT systems commonly used in Operations and Management environments.
- Experience deploying improvement projects and managing the process through to completion.
