As a Business Support Administrator, you will help drive our goals by supporting senior management and ensuring efficient administrative operations.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of documentation and reports for the management team and providing support to the senior management team in ENR.
- Completing QA audits to an agreed schedule.
- Ordering items for the department.
- Performing other administrative tasks required to support the Production Coordinator, Team Leaders and Senior Management.
- Providing training to team members when required on different PC packages.
- Chairing meetings, taking minutes and attending meetings as required.
Qualifications
- Good level of both written and verbal English.
- Experience in an administration role.
- Good IT and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to record accurate information.
