Responsibilities

  • Lead the integrated business planning framework, aligning strategic planning, S&OP, budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Act as the Finance lead for S&OP and capital expenditure, ensuring alignment between financial plans and operational delivery.
  • Partner with CAS to provide financial insight, challenge and support for strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate finance input into executive materials and ensure clear, consistent financial messaging for leadership and investor audiences.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Finance, Procurement and Capital Projects to ensure robust planning, governance and performance tracking.
  • Provide data-led insights to senior stakeholders to support decision-making, risk visibility and performance improvement.

Key qualifications

  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Significant experience within a finance function in a large, complex organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, performance analysis and integrated business planning processes.
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate financial information into clear insights.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to balance long-term planning and detailed analysis.
