Vacancy: HR Advisor Location: UK (Chilton/ London) Job Family: General Human Resources Global Grade: GG10 As an HR Advisor at Johnson Matthey Global Services (JMGS), you will play a crucial role in guiding regional businesses on HR practices, policies, and procedures. This includes providing coaching and advice to employees and line managers locally. You will act as the escalation point for complex queries that the hub team cannot resolve, either due to their complexity or the need for a local presence. In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and the JMGS HR hub team to achieve strategic business objectives. Your responsibilities will include supporting performance management, talent management planning, employee engagement, and employee relations. Additionally, you will help implement localized people priorities set by Site HR Business Partners to ensure Johnson Matthey achieves its strategic cultural goals.
