Key Responsibilities
- Ensure clear and efficient facility organization and data quality.
- Effectively build single cells or stacks from CCMs supplied and carry out appropriate documented checks before and during testing.
- Operate a number of test stands to an agreed schedule to evaluate CCM performance and durability.
- Process test data and liaise with other functions to interpret the results and help develop the scientific understanding of the tested component.
- Manage, maintain, and calibrate test stands.
- Develop and implement new internal or external customer requirements (new test equipment, new technique and/or protocol).
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in an Engineering/Scientific discipline or proven laboratory experience.
- Computer literacy, including sound knowledge of MS Excel and coding.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Accurate data interpretation and presentation.
- Ability to work to defined procedures and organize own work schedules.
