About the role Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Technical Specialist to support the London team. The role focuses on delivering the sales target within the identified geographic area, meeting strategic business objectives, and providing the highest level of clinical and customer support in line with the coordinated account team plan.
What to expect:
- Support, promote and upsell CARTO 3 procedures to grow catheter utilization in Electrophysiology in line with the Business Plan.
- Provide clinical and technical expertise for coverage of cases performed with the CARTO 3 Navigation System.
- Deliver and transfer your customer training plan, empowering customers to use the Biosense kit independently.
- Attend mandatory training and local and abroad training programs to maintain and develop the required knowledge.
- Execute key marketing strategies, including rollout of new products and innovations with regional New Technology Specialists.
- Develop innovative activities to achieve sales targets and help the franchise gain market share and differentiation from competitors.
- Maintain and develop firm business relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and other strategically important clinical and economic partners.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs at all levels—both clinical and non‑clinical—to create tailored solutions that improve sales.
Who we’re looking for:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (master’s degree in biomedical engineering preferred).
- Proven experience as a clinical support specialist within the medical device field.
- 3D mapping experience preferred but not crucial.
- Proficient in English (verbal and written) with excellent listening skills.
- Self‑disciplined, organized, and able to take ownership of business objectives and time management.
- Initiative‑taking with a desire to succeed in a fast‑paced role.
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and analytical mindset.
- Positive influence on thinking behavior and dedication.
- Trained in sophisticated Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Full & clean driving license.
