Product Specialist Single Shot Electrophysiology

Our Cardiovascular team develops leading solutions for heart recovery, electrophysiology, and stroke. You will join a proud heritage of continually elevating standards of care for stroke, heart failure and atrial fibrillation (AFib) patients.

Your responsibilities

  • Portfolio execution. Drive the in-market execution of the Single Shot commercial agenda in EMEA — programmes, materials, activation, and adoption support — ensuring consistency across countries.
  • Launch deployment. Support the in-market deployment of Single Shot launches, indication expansions, and care-pathway evolutions across EMEA: country readiness materials, sales enablement assets, congress activation, and early‑experience capture.
  • Field activation. Deploy Single Shot portfolio activation programmes — segmentation‑based adoption frameworks, account‑level interventions, country execution support — partnering with Product Marketing peers and country teams.
  • Customer engagement. Support portfolio‑level KOL programmes (commercial), advocacy initiatives, congress activation, and peer‑to‑peer programmes that accelerate Single Shot adoption.
  • Competitive response. Develop and deploy structured, field‑actionable competitive responses for the Single Shot portfolio: positioning, messaging, sales tools, and rapid in‑market deployment.
  • Performance tracking. Track portfolio‑level commercial metrics (adoption, activation, share, account penetration) and structure findings into actionable input for Marketing Strategy, Product Marketing Lead, and senior leadership.
  • Cross‑functional partnership. Partner with Marketing Strategy (the corresponding Product Manager), Education, Commercial, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Supply, and country leadership to ensure portfolio execution is aligned, scalable, and consistent with regional strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in MedTech, pharma, or related industries, with marketing execution, product specialist, or sales/clinical exposure; electrophysiology, cardiovascular, or interventional experience strongly preferred. Single‑shot ablation, AF, or PFA exposure is a significant plus.
  • Marketing execution: Demonstrated track record of supporting marketing execution at country or regional level — launches, campaigns, adoption programmes, sales enablement; able to translate strategy into measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Commercial orientation: Translates portfolio strategy into in‑market action — adoption support, account engagement, field‑level competitive response — with strong commercial instincts.
  • Cross‑functional fluency: Operates effectively with Product Marketing peers, Marketing Strategy Product Managers, Education, Commercial, Medical Affairs, and country teams; able to coordinate laterally across functions.
  • Analytical capability: Comfortable working with commercial data, segmentation models, and performance dashboards; able to convert analysis into clear commercial recommendations.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal English; able to deliver concise updates and represent the portfolio in commercial and customer‑facing settings.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Travel: Regular EMEA travel expected (approximately 40–50%).
