We have an amazing opportunity for a Master Data Analyst based in Wokingham / Maidenhead. This role is for someone who has strong customer focus and who wants to work within a wider EMEA Johnson & Johnson Vision team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work effectively and with customer focus on multiple projects with different project team members and under the direction of project managers.
  • Gain understanding of key business priorities, identify and gather appropriate data to be analysed, employ best in class analytical methods and tools, and generate, deliver and embed meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Establish and enhance robust Customer Master / Pricing Data processes.
  • Implement improvements and document processes that drive compliance.
  • Data cleaning, data analysis and exploration.
  • Creating data visualisations, dashboards and reports.
  • Champion a culture of agility, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High degree of customer and process focus together with high attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in medical devices is preferred.
  • Previous experience in Project Management is preferred.
  • Analytics skills and working with advanced Excel formulas.
  • Advanced presentation skills to concisely and skilfully present data.
  • Experience partnering with and influencing stakeholders and senior leadership teams.
  • Capable of dealing with large amounts of data.
  • Ability to self-manage and use own initiative.
  • Planning & Organisation - able to use process in making plans and carry out tasks effectively.
  • Proven leadership, influencing skills, interdependent partnering skills, as well as critical thinking.

Benefits:

This role offers a very competitive hourly rate. This contract will run for 12 months.
