Position Summary: Lead a team of Biosurgery sales individuals to drive regional growth through strong people leadership, disciplined execution and customer partnership.
Role purpose- Deliver sustained regional business growth by leading the Biosurgery sales team to achieve agreed revenue, profit and strategic objectives.
- Turn national strategy into a clear regional plan and ensure consistent execution across South West England & Wales.
- Use customer, market and commercial insight to prioritise opportunities, anticipate risks and accelerate growth.
- Maximise portfolio performance by applying strong commercial judgement to win, retain and grow business across key accounts.
- Drive delivery of the UK business plan by mobilising cross‑functional expertise and leading a capable, future‑ready team that delivers results and engagement.
- Deliver regional sales growth targets by leading the regional sales team with CREDO‑based leadership and disciplined execution against the regional plan.
- Build and sustain a high‑performing team culture by recruiting, coaching and developing talent, improving capability, engagement and performance outcomes.
- Increase individual and regional sales performance by coaching and developing team members using Sales Force Effectiveness methodologies and the performance & development process, accelerating readiness of high‑potential talent.
- Win and retain business by leading strategic customer relationships and commercial negotiations with hospital procurement and management teams (e.g., contracts, pricing and supply agreements).
- Optimise performance against the national business plan by deploying resources effectively, adapting priorities to market conditions and partnering with UK leadership to execute strategic initiatives.
- Maintain budget control and maximise ROI by monitoring, forecasting, and managing regional spend in line with agreed plans and governance.
- Drive execution discipline by running effective regional meetings and continuously improving ways of working, capability and results.
- Ensure high adoption and compliant use of all company systems and resources by the team, meeting regional governance and reporting requirements.
- High energy and resilience, with a strong sense of urgency to deliver sales results.
- Ability to lead, inspire and coach a regional team to drive a Winning Spirit and achieve business results.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong cross-functional experience through work and partnership with key functions (e.g., Marketing, Sales Training, Professional Education, Health Economics & Market Access, Finance, Contracting, Medical Affairs).
- Successful track record of sales management.
