Overview
As a Senior Financial Analyst in EPM Sys Ops, you will support FP&A users and serve as SME for Anaplan models to drive accurate planning and forecasting.
You will help integrate finance data across source systems and Anaplan, working with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience.
This role contributes to Johnson & Johnson’s finance transformation efforts and the Signi Fi initiative, enabling smarter analytics and better decision-making.
You will collaborate closely with technology and business partners to implement impactful, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities
- Support FP&A users by investigating Anaplan issues raised in Service Now with users and technical teams
- Act as SME for assigned Anaplan models
- Ensure data integrity between source systems and the global Anaplan tool
- Collaborate with technical teams to identify and implement new capabilities to enhance user experience
- Prepare requirements and test scripts for system defects and enhancements
- Execute test scripts for fixes impacting Anaplan Maintainers
- Update documentation as necessary
- Key requirements
- Minimum 1 year Anaplan experience
- Minimum 3 years Finance, IT, or related business experience
- Strong technical skills with the ability to quickly learn new software tools
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding oral and written communication; ability to present at all levels
