We are searching for the best talent for a Sr. Manager Physician Partnership! This is a 100% remote role involving up to 50% of travel.
Purpose: The Sr. Manager, EMEA Physician Partnerships role is a pivotal role within the EMEA partnerships organization, focused on fostering and maintaining strong professional relationships with strategic accounts and electrophysiologists across EMEA. This role will serve as a liaison between our organization and key stakeholders, ensuring consistent, stellar service and partnerships. The role will ensure meaningful and productive engagements are planned and accomplished to meet and exceed the expectations of all customers along with enhanced communication and follow through on customer collaborations.
You will be responsible for:
- Professional Partnerships: Identify, cultivate, and maintain professional relationships with EPs, medical associations, and other key influences in the field. Define and implement appropriate engagement activities, such as advisory boards, and voice of customer events to gather insights and enhance collaboration. Provide strategic insight and input to leadership based on knowledge of emerging trends, clinical and market needs to support company vision and long-term success.
- Collaboration with Internal Partners: Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, clinical affairs, medical affairs, regulatory, R&D, compliance and other functions to drive company-wide professional partnership activities. Ensure full understanding and compliance with Johnson and Johnson guidelines, regulatory and compliance needs and standard processes.
- Engagement Pathway Definition, Execution & Follow-Up: Co-develop action plans and objectives with local and regional leadership. Ensure robust preparation for all leadership interactions with physicians. Track progress of physician-related projects and ensure execution of action points. Provide regular updates and maintain feedback loops with leadership and local teams.
- Strategic Insights & Impact: Capture and synthesize KOL/customer insights to inform business strategy. Identify new opportunities to elevate partnerships and reinforce J&J’s leadership in Electrophysiology across EMEA.
- Other Key Responsibilities: Partner with GSM, USCM, Comm. Ed & FSO leaders to lead physician selection and collaboration plans during external evaluations and product launch activities. Partner with GSM & R&D teams to create a strategic plan to support the execution of Voice of the Customer events. Support the BWI Advisory Board programs in close collaboration with all internal partners, key leading physicians and BWI Sr. Leadership. At the request of internal partners, provides support information and insights related to EMEA physicians. Responsible for the overall maintenance of tracking all physician engagement tracking software (to include but not limited to the Physician Engagement Dashboard (PED), SF.com, etc.). Collaborate with BWI internal partners to update all engagements monthly and quarterly to ensure quality data reporting and communication. In collaboration with GSM, Prof. Ed, Clinical Science and Event Marketing, assist in the development of EP conference planning, to ensure a strong presence at all EP Conferences.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required, Masters in related field or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Med Tech, Cardiovascular and Electrophysiology.
- Experience in EP Clinical, Sales, Key Account Management, Clinical Science, or other related Commercial experience is required.
- Experience in working closely in a high-volume, efficient, and sophisticated EP account and with high profile EPs/KOLs is required.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent oral, written and presentation skills required. Can effectively communicate sense of direction, along with setting expectations of performance and results.
- Results Driven: Sets, communicates, and holds self and team accountable to clear and measurable goals.
- Business Insight: Understands organizational dynamics, business concepts and issues.
- Strong project management experience in managing expectations of internal and external partners, including gathering deliverable requirements, and supporting business requests.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Strategic approach with ability to operationalize insights.
- Ethical integrity and compliance orientation.
