The Opportunity: An opportunity has become available for a results driven Loan Kit Team Leader to join our team in Victoria.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily work activities of the State loan kit warehouse team in either dispatch and/or receiving areas.
- Create, monitor, and discuss development plans/objectives and training for staff in conjunction with Operations Manager.
- Act as an escalation point for all unresolved issues and prevent recurrence by retraining and coaching the team where applicable.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to improve business efficiency or customer outcomes.
- Investigate kit issues and develop process improvements to eliminate future issues.
- Communicate issues with business partners and assist them with discussing alternative solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience via process improvement, implementing solutions and providing feedback.
About You:
- Proven success as a Team Leader in a high volume and complex environment is a must.
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and lead this in an organised manner.
- Lead with empathy and by example to drive team member KPI’s and development.
- Ability to handle SAP/ERP systems.
- Strong relationship building skills with suppliers and customers.
- Loan Kit experience is not necessary.
