Job Description:

  • Completes tasks for the support function of the Fabrication Operations unit and follows routine administrative processes under general supervision, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
  • Helps operate machine tools that cut, shape, and form metals and plastics according to the correct specifications.
  • Maintains record of safety and compliance regulations for specialized computer and/or mechanically controlled machine tools to maintain a clean, safe working environment.
  • Develops basic knowledge of strategies and techniques for operating specialized machinery to expand future capacity for new projects.
  • Tracks diagnostics and quality control checks on all employees within routine tasks to ensure compliance and advance operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
