Job Description
Process & Continuous Improvement Analyst located in Prague, Czechia, Hamburg, Germany, Zug, Switzerland, or Leeds, United Kingdom. Strategic contributor responsible for enhancing Commercial Capabilities processes to ensure business continuity and efficiency. Focuses on identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements, leveraging data‑driven insights and proven methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to optimize Commercial Capabilities pricing and contracting operations management.
Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to align Commercial Capabilities processes with organizational goals, ensuring operations and methodologies are effective, sustainable, and compliant with industry standards.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to streamline and automate Commercial Capabilities processes across the DPS commercial organization, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing manual effort.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify pain points in current workflows and propose strategic solutions.
- Analyze data and trends to provide insights that inform operational strategies and support business continuity.
- Develop and maintain relevant process documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency in methodologies across the organization.
- Implement key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of commercial capability processes, track improvements, and identify areas for further enhancement.
- Conduct regular reviews of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide training as needed regarding commercial capability processes.
- Support cross‑functional projects by providing analysis and insights that align with organizational objectives.
- Communicate business‑related issues or opportunities to the next management level.
- Ensure personal and company compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum of 5‑7 years of experience in contracting or operations analysis, process improvement, or related fields, preferably within a healthcare or life sciences environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to leverage data to inform strategic decision‑making and enhance pricing processes.
- Experience in process automation tools and methodologies, with a focus on improving efficiency and reducing manual workload.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, capable of identifying issues and developing effective solutions in complex environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven project‑management abilities, including experience in coordinating initiatives and tracking performance metrics; Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of bids, tenders, and contracting strategies and methodologies, with a focus on sustainability and alignment with organizational goals.
- Commitment to ethical practices and the integration of Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in all aspects of work.
