Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. DePuy Synthes is recruiting for an Education Co-Ordinator, located in Leeds, United Kingdom.
Core Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing technical, operational and administrative support to support the UK DS commercial organisation.
- Majority of their time is focused on delivering support services to help teams achieve day-to-day objectives.
- Typically work involves supporting procedures to resolve mostly routine activities to support the onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Works collaboratively with BU leads and functional partners.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong team player, with high organisational/planning skills with the ability to get things done.
- Strong collaborator and ability to work across teams/DS matrix.
- Proven communication, presentation and organisational skills.
- IT literate – ability to use word, excel, power point applications and appropriate IT resources.
- Ability to analyse and interpret data when needed.
