Purpose of the role
You will play a crucial role in accelerating sales performance, market share gain and profitability within the CMF business.
What to expect:
- Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing business plans to achieve financial and operational goals for their unit.
- Team Leadership: Leading, motivating, and managing staff to ensure high performance and effective collaboration.
- Budget Management: Overseeing the unit's budget, ensuring that financial objectives are met, and making cost-effective decisions.
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluating key performance indicators and metrics to assess the unit's success and identify areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinating with other departments and ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy.
- Market Analysis: Analysing market trends and competitors to enhance the unit's position and offerings.
- Strategic development and shaping: Working closely with marketing to develop the future strategy and vision for the business unit.

Who are we looking for?
- Experienced sales and marketing leader with a track record of delivering results versus target in challenging business environments within the last three years.
- Experience in healthcare industry, Orthopaedics markets preferred; demonstrated ability to understand the portfolio of products.
- Leadership experience leading Sales & Marketing Organisations with continuous & proven track record of success.
- Knowledge of the orthopaedic and medical device environment.
- Extensive experience in the Health Care sector.
- Strong organizational leadership with a track record engaging large teams effectively and ability to create a winning culture.
