We are seeking a transformational and strategic leader as the Director of Talent Acquisition Strategy, Innovation and Enablement. This role will focus on developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies that align with our company’s goals, enhance experiences, and drive organizational growth. The candidate will be a thought leader in the field of talent acquisition, using data and best practices to inform decision-making and strategically enable our recruiting teams, hiring managers, and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that support the organization's objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals. Lead the full TA strategy portfolio and translate business requirements and problem statements into actionable strategies (e.g., Assessment & Selection, Talent Attraction & Engagement, Source Channels, Employment Branding).
  • Innovation: Identify and provide a strategic roadmap that prioritises and supports the implementation of innovative techniques and tools to enhance the TA process, including technology, AI, and social media platforms.
  • Enablement/Capability/Training: Provide a TA capability model with the ability to deliver training, resources, and support to recruiting teams to enhance capabilities and effectiveness in attracting top talent. Develop training plans/roadmaps aligned to key capabilities anticipating future skills and experiences.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse recruitment metrics and trends to inform strategic initiatives and improve the TA experience, effectiveness, and efficiency.
  • Global Mindset: Support a global TA team operating in 80+ countries, providing a global perspective to strategies and enablers.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Senior TA leadership and cross-functional teams, hiring managers, and HR partners to understand hiring needs and develop targeted strategies.
  • Candidate Experience: In partnership with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition-Global Experience, design and implement strategies to improve the candidate, recruiter, and hiring manager journey from engagement to onboarding, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Market Research/Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in TA; lead an insights team and collaborate with sector and business teams to provide supply and demand analytics, competitive insights, location strategies, and improved sourcing/channel analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of talent acquisition or related HR recruiting experience, with at least 7 years in global TA leadership roles (e.g., Global TA Delivery leader, TA program/portfolio lead, or TA segmentation head).
  • Proven experience in a senior talent acquisition role, with a track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies including enablers (process, technical and organisational design).
  • Proven background in Talent Acquisition delivery ensuring adaptation of core TA strategies to local markets, function, and levels.
  • Understanding of training requirements to ensure development of current and future capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and futuristically, with a deep understanding of evolving TA trends, including the use of AI, automation, social media, and digital branding to attract top talent.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a focus on collaboration and enablement.
  • Experience working in a global environment with awareness of cultural differences and ability to develop inclusive, adaptable TA strategies across regions.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in leveraging recruitment metrics and analytics to inform strategy and optimise processes.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, employer branding, and talent pipelining.
  • Proven success in leading organisational change and embedding innovative practices.
