Overview
You will drive integrated communications for the EP & Neuro business units in EMEA, translating business priorities into compelling campaigns.
You’ll collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, Government Affairs and global Media Relations to align activity across channels.
The role supports growth milestones, enhances reputation, and engages key stakeholders through media, internal and digital channels.
You will work in a matrixed, cross-functional environment to maximize impact and learnings.

Responsibilities
- Execute the EMEA communications strategy for EP & Neuro aligned with growth priorities and milestones
- Translate business priorities into clear, compelling campaigns as the communications partner
- Deliver integrated communications across media, executive, internal, and digital channels
- Own channel management (HOME, DLs, newsletters, etc.) for communications initiatives
- Partner with regional functions (Legal, Regulatory, Government Affairs, global Media Relations) for alignment and approvals
- Collaborate with local external agencies and freelancers to maximize campaign impact
- Use data and insights to improve effectiveness and leverage global reports for lessons
- Operate effectively in a matrixed environment and build cross-functional relationships
- Develop content with leaders and marketing sources to feed campaigns
- Contribute to a strong, inclusive team culture
- Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred
- 3+ years in communications, corporate affairs, or public affairs
- Experience supporting commercial businesses, ideally in healthcare, medtech, or regulated sectors
- Deep knowledge of the EMEA region and its nuances
- Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills
- Strong IT familiarity and willingness to learn new systems (story posting, content creation, distribution channels)
