Overview

As an Account Manager in Immunology, you drive sales and strategic engagement with dermatology and rheumatology customers.

You will build relationships with clinicians, KOLs, and cross-functional teams to promote innovative medicines and achieve targets.

You contribute to market strategies, product discussions, and data-driven decisions to support patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic account plans for Dermatology & Rheumatology customers
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned accounts
  • Conduct product presentations and therapeutic area discussions
  • Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to execute strategy
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle product inquiries
  • Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and performance in CRM
  • Key requirements
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, NHS, Pharmacy, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in immunology desirable
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
  • Willingness to travel to meet client needs and attend events
  • ABPI qualification not required but supported in role
