We have an exciting and challenging opportunity within our marketing team for a Biosurgery Product Manager.
Purpose of the role
This role is responsible for accelerating above-market growth across our market-leading haemostat portfolio through share gain, technology adoption and market expansion. By leveraging deep customer insights, you will develop differentiated value propositions and execute integrated omnichannel strategies that drive customer engagement and business performance.
What To Expect
You will be joining a highly motivated, diverse, passionate team that is fully focussed on finding solutions and tactics to increase the awareness, consideration and use of haemostats to drive improved patient outcomes.
You will lead the SURGICEL and SURGIFLO portfolios, developing and executing strategies that drive share gain, technology adoption and profitable growth. Working closely with the UKI Biosurgery team, you will translate product strategies into integrated specialty plans and equip the sales organisation to accelerate market penetration. By influencing local, regional and global stakeholders, you will secure alignment and resources to deliver sustainable above-market performance.
Strategy Development
- Lead strategies to drive market share growth, technology penetration and portfolio expansion across the haemostat category.
- Develop insight-led plans that accelerate adoption of SURGIFLO and migration to advanced SURGICEL technologies.
- Translate customer, market and competitive insights into differentiated value propositions and growth opportunities.
- Establish measurable business objectives and deliver them through integrated omnichannel strategies with clear ROI accountability.
- Optimise resource allocation, digital investment and cross-functional alignment to maximise business impact.
- Build influential KOL advocacy programmes and customer engagement journeys that drive sustainable behaviour change and commercial growth.
Brand/ Product Management
- Establish subject matter expertise across the haemostat portfolio and relevant clinical specialties to shape commercial strategy and market development.
- Optimise portfolio performance through effective budget management, pricing strategy and resource allocation.
- Lead tender and contracting strategies that maximise market access, competitiveness and sustainable profitability.
- Drive forecast accuracy and inventory management to support business continuity and growth objectives.
- Enable the sales organisation through targeted training and capability-building initiatives that accelerate customer adoption.
- Create differentiated customer programmes that deliver value beyond the product and strengthen strategic account relationships.
Launch Excellence
- Lead local product launches and lifecycle management to maximise adoption and commercial success.
- Develop and execute communications, content and education strategies that drive customer engagement and portfolio growth.
- Leverage market insights to create compelling customer value propositions and omnichannel campaigns.
- Build KOL and industry partnerships that strengthen advocacy and accelerate market development.
- Ensure effective content governance and planning to maximise impact and return on investment.

Who are we looking for?
- A strong track record of delivering results in marketing, product management or commercial roles.
- Experience in product management or marketing within the MedTech, healthcare or related industry.
- Deep clinical, procedural and product knowledge, with the ability to translate insights into effective commercial strategies.
- Strong analytical capabilities, using data and market insights to inform decision-making and drive business performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting new product introductions, portfolio management and competitive strategy development.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while effectively managing multiple priorities.
- A collaborative and inclusive approach, fostering high-performing teams and a positive culture.
- Experience in Biosurgery would be advantageous.
