Location: EMEA – Belgium, Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Greece, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Croatia, UK, Sweden. This position may be located at different CEE J&J offices.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager for our Ischemic stroke portfolio. The successful candidate will own the development and implementation of the regional strategy for our Stent Retrievers, Aspiration and Balloon Guide Catheter portfolios. Working directly with the Senior Commercial Marketing Manager, the EMEA Lead for Neurovascular and other members of the Neurovascular Regional Office team, the role will drive strategy to deliver market growth in the short and medium term in a collaborative, supportive environment focused on doctors and patients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Ischemic business strategy for EMEA to retain and grow market position.
- End-to-end product management of Ischemic product portfolio.
- Deliver financial commitments for the Ischemic product platforms.
- Lead the implementation of world‑class new product launches within EMEA for the Ischemic portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment and rigorous application of Launch Excellence processes and metrics to achieve sales and share growth targets.
- Develop effective relationships with KOLs and local leaders, marketers and key customers within priority markets to drive execution of EMEA Ischemic portfolio strategy.
- Lead NV EMEA Ischemic S&OP processes in partnership with Supply Chain to ensure accurate forecasting and demand planning.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor's (or equivalent) degree in Marketing or related field.
- 5+ years of sales, marketing or product management experience in Medical Devices or relevant healthcare markets.
- Experience within Interventional Neuroradiology field is beneficial.
- Marketing planning and development of strategy and key tactics.
- Project management experience with the ability to bring together multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience in product launches and market entry strategies.
- Ability to connect and align with leaders and marketers across geographies.
- Good at developing effective relationships with KOLs and local leaders, marketers and key customers.
