DePuy Synthes, a leading orthopaedic and neurological business, is seeking a Trauma & Extremities Sales Specialist to support the South East team based in SW London. The role will be based in South West London, with an expected 80% travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve agreed objectives and sales targets as outlined in the annual performance cycle.
- In the allocated geographical region, interact with and promote products to key customers and stakeholders in secondary care.
- Develop comprehensive business plans to identify and pursue highest‑value opportunities, including taking competitor share and adopting new technologies while maintaining key customers and core business.
- Manage and develop accounts, owning the relationship between the company and the customer, ensuring efficient alignment of all efforts to maximise impact and drive growth.

- Build strong networks that enable mutually beneficial opportunities to sell key technologies in the surgical procedural environment.
- Present brand value propositions and value‑added customer solutions to positively influence buying behaviours.
- Analyse and interpret account strategies and plans using key systems and data to gain a broad understanding of the business environment and account needs.
- Partner with Professional Education to develop and maintain KOL relationships and champion the effective use of the company’s comprehensive Professional Education offering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (required)
- Proven track record in sales (required)
- Experience in the medical device industry and orthopaedic experience (preferred)
- Proficient in English language (required)
- Experience in medical device sales or relevant background in healthcare (preferred)
- Knowledge of orthopaedic, trauma and medical device environment preferred
- Travel: 80% (required)
- Regional responsibility: South West London
- Home location: South West London / M25 area (required)
