At Johnson MA, MSc, MBA preferred. Experienced leader with demonstrated track record in multiple business situations: new business, turnaround and change management, realignment and sustain the success model. MedTech experience essential, experience in surgical and capital business preferred. Strong business and financial competence and strategic mentality. Experience in leading complex commercial activities incl. multi stakeholder negotiations. Awareness of local economic environment and dynamics of UK healthcare market. Track record in building mutually beneficial networks and partnership models with key external leaders and agencies to develop value‑generating solutions. Drive for results—set the pace for the team to deliver stretch initiatives and to take required decisions. Unquestioned ethics, integrity, and Credo‑based leadership. Strong organisational leadership, with ability to inspire and mobilise a large organisation through periods of continuous change and transformation. Demonstrated enterprise attitude, with ability to influence and collaborate in a global, matrixed environment to achieve business objectives. The role includes attendance at local congresses which may include weekends.
