Responsibilities Maximize the impact of Supply Chain management by maturing the End-to-End Operating model.

Lead and work under limited guidance of the End-to-End Supply Chain Leader, and have flexibility in leading the Supply Chain Team.

Demonstrate strong facilitator and influencing skills, driving a team toward a final decision in an ambiguous, complex, and risky environment across functional boundaries and partners.

Continuously improve the E2E supply chain performance by owning the application of the Johnson Sick time – 40 hours per calendar year (48 hours for Colorado; 56 hours for Washington); Holiday pay – 13 days per calendar year; Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per calendar year; Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of birth/adoption/foster care; Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member (40 hours for an extended family member); Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52‑week rolling period (10 days); Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year; Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year. #J-18808-Ljbffr
