Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to create the vision and articulate the short and long‑term product strategy and life‑cycle plan for your product portfolio—ensuring alignment and managing interdependencies with a broader digital applications strategic roadmap.
  • Develop business cases and financial plans for portfolios for which you are accountable.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams to develop and execute solutions that meet the defined scope on time and at cost, ensuring projects meet business and quality standards.
  • Drive life‑cycle decisions by evaluating trade‑offs that balance customer experience, strategic value, cost, and timelines.
  • Execute life‑cycle plans following established standards and supporting change management with key business partners.
  • Establish key performance metrics across all platforms and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to define and measure value capture.
  • Accountable for maintaining the integrity of the product portfolio database/tool, ensuring all project information (status, financials, resourcing) is current and accurate for monthly and quarterly reporting.
  • Effectively manage communication of product execution timelines and performance with customers and other key stakeholders.
  • Partner with customers to develop and support execution for change management plans, ensuring successful product adoption.
  • Support recruiting, development, and training for the product team—including support for writing effective user stories, managing the product backlog and making trade‑off decisions.
  • Support the Scrum Master in proactively identifying and helping to resolve project issues, manage risks to project delivery, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Math, Economics, Bioinformatics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar) is required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Required Experience and Skills: Minimum six (6) years of relevant professional experience. Work experience in supply chain or software development, with significant leadership experience delivering digital or software products. Demonstrable experience in Agile environments and applying Scrum principles to deliver outcomes. Extensive experience in setting and delivering a strategy with full accountability for execution outcomes. Customer obsession and strong facilitation skills; able to distill complex business use cases into elegant, user‑centric solutions. Bias toward action with strong decision‑making capabilities. Proven ability to influence without direct authority and communicate clearly across functions. Ability to build financial plans and formal business cases; strong financial acumen with budget, timeline, and resource management experience. Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with changing priorities.
  • Preferred Skills: Familiarity with end‑to‑end supply chain domains (Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Distribution) within MedTech or a related industry. Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence. Experience with systems thinking, analytics, experiment design, and software development processes. UX/UI design experience or familiarity partnering with UX/UI designers. Knowledge of design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD. Experience managing technology vendors. Previous software development experience. Familiarity with AI concepts. Agile or Scrum professional certifications.

  • May require up to 20% domestic and/or international travel.
  • Holiday pay, including floating holidays: 13 days per calendar year.
