We are seeking a highly motivated New Technology Specialist (NTS) to support the London North region within our Electrophysiology (EP) business. In this role, you will act as the clinical and technical expert for new product introductions, driving adoption through education, case support, and close collaboration with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Clinical Expertise & Training
- Become the subject matter expert in new technologies through structured training (face‑to‑face and virtual) and ongoing self‑development (e.g., BWI Connect, Axonify).
- Lead training for EP lab staff on new products, ensuring safe and effective adoption.
- Provide hands‑on clinical case support 3-5 days per week in targeted accounts during the first 6 months following full market release.
- Customer Engagement & Product Adoption
- Deliver high‑impact presentations to customers, articulating clinical value, evidence, and product differentiation.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of clinical data and confidently address customer questions and objections.
