Support new program charters, providing guidance on timelines, costs, risks, and benefits.

Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, Production, or Operations Management background.
Strong written and verbal communication.

Proven experience in a regulated manufacturing environment with program delivery and people management.
Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, technologies, and innovation ecosystems (desired).
