DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a EMEA CommEx Lead located in Dubai UAE, Zug Switzerland, Umkirch Germany, or Leeds UK. This role is available across multiple countries and may be posted under different requisition numbers to comply with local requirements. Responsibilities include:
- Managing other Managers, Supervisors, and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations.
- Defining and communicating the direction of strategic initiatives that aim to improve sales force effectiveness by implementing sales quotas, monitoring sales reports, and delivering departmental objectives that motivate and incentivize sales team members.
- Responsible for EMEA Commercial Excellence activities including Sales Force Effectiveness and Business Intelligence analytics & insights.
- Deploying EMEA sales force Incentive Scheme governance aligned to commercial leadership sales objective and overseeing local commex specialists responsible for incentive scheme administration including sales team payout calculations adhering to local labor law regulations and compliance controls.
- Delivering training programs that support the continuous improvement of the sales department and address educational gaps and under-developed sales capabilities identified during routine trend, performance, and pipeline analyses and sales report evaluations.
- Creating key performance indicators to measure, monitor, and track the performance of strategic sales initiatives and sales force effectiveness.
- Benchmarking customer retention costs, sales velocity, lifetime value and sales quotas against competitors and industry leading standards.
- Managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.
