Directs managers and/or senior individual contributors in a matrix environment, accountable for career development, coaching, and performance. Contributes to sales strategies, pricing & contracting/tendering processes, and operational excellence across EMEA. Drives business growth opportunities, develops metrics, and promotes the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Directs managers and/or senior individual contributors in a matrix environment, accountable for meaningful career development and coaching.
  • Key partner to the EMEA Leadership Team, providing strategic decision support and coaching Commercial Capability organization.
  • Establishes EMEA pricing strategy including European Floor Price frameworks and compliance governance.
  • Delivers Price & Contracting/Tendering vision and strategy, leveraging customer needs to create an unparalleled sales experience.
  • Participates in strategic sales plans derived from corporate goals and customer touchpoints.
  • Designs key performance indicators to measure the performance of Pricing & Contracting/Tendering departments.
  • Develops relationships with leaders and stakeholders to understand consumer priorities, identify gaps, and translate needs into solutions.
  • Manages operational aspects of teams (budget, performance, compliance) and implements workforce and succession plans.
  • Creates a purpose-driven environment aligning Credo and Leadership Imperatives with team and enterprise goals.
