We are recruiting the Workplace Experience Manager EMEA reporting to the Sub-regional Facility Management Director. This role is responsible for shaping and delivering our Workplace Experience programme and objectives within the EMEA region, including but not limited to Workplace Strategy, Design, Space Management, Change Management, and Project Management.
Key Responsibilities- Accountable for the performance, coordinate deployment and consistency of J&J Workplace Experience programme across new and existing facilities.
- Act as a core team member providing workplace expertise during the execution and assessment phases of workplace projects.
- Develop short- and long-term tactical plans and programs for innovation, construction, or alteration of workplace activities based on strategic plans.
- Support efforts to ensure workplace needs and contracts/associated operating budgets are defined, established, and met.
- Drive and support site classification, amenities, and service levels.
- Advise on the deployment of workplace‑relevant IT systems and platforms including CAD, CAFM, utilisation systems, reservation solutions, etc.
- Supervise action plans and progress, conduct applicable field studies and onsite space reviews, collect occupancy and utilisation data, provide analysis, benchmark data, survey results and recommendations.
- Verify workplace design consistency (test fit / concept design / BOD / detail design) to ensure J&J space and design standards are maintained and deployed.
- Collaborate with business partners and FM customers to acquire Voice of the Customer data and establish a framework for site governance.
- Manage complexity across a broad region and deliver harmonised services across geographies of varying size, scale, and needs.
- In partnership with enabling partners and vendors provide detailed awareness of WE principles to local business liaisons and governance forums.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; related field (architecture, design, real estate, facilities management, business, etc.) is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of workplace experience, strategy, workplace design, or related experience is required.
- Professional certifications (e.g., Master (MCR) or Senior Leader in Corporate Real Estate (SLCR), etc.) in Change Management, Design, and/or Space Management preferred.
- Broad-based corporate facilities experience or equivalent required; preference for experience within a global corporation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to share ideas and information across diverse audiences and various levels and create compelling presentations.
- Ability to think strategically while maintaining a tactical focus; required.
- Ability to adapt emerging standards and industry innovation; required.
- Ability to lead varied teams through change and organisational transformation; required.
- Proficiency in project management, including obtaining agreement on project definitions and priorities and ensuring that resources, capabilities, and processes are in place; required.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- The ability to respond positively to change and act as a change agent.
- Ability to influence others and mediate successful outcomes.
- Proficient English is required.
- Ability to travel up to 25%, both domestic and international travel.
